Debridly is a link generator. We do not store, upload, or mirror any user-generated content. All files reside exclusively on third-party file hosts. Takedown requests must therefore be directed to the originating host, not to us, in order to remove the file itself.

If you believe a file accessible via our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice as described below and we will attempt to block its URL pattern from being processed by our service.

Email dmca@debridly.com with the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing file as accessible via our service.
4. Your contact information: full legal name, address, phone, email.
5. A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

If you believe your content was blocked in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the corresponding statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

We terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
